Located on the Las Vegas Strip, next to its sister property, The Venetian Las Vegas, the $1.9 billion, 50-story Palazzo Las Vegas literally takes luxury to new heights. 3,066 palatial suites in The Palazzo.
Each suite is specifically fashioned for convenience and comfort. Distinct features of the 700-square-foot occommodations include: private bedchamber; sunken living room; remote-controlled Roman shades and curtains; two 32” flat screen televisions; 17” LCD television in the bathroom; an extra-large 130 square-foot bathroom finished in Italian

Canyon Ranch SpaClub® opened in 1999 at The Venetian in Las Vegas. The 69,000-square-foot, two-level health spa, wellness and fitness facility is one of the largest of its kind in North America. − The Palazzo has 6,948,977 sq. ft. (159 ½ acres) of floor space.
− The Palazzo is 50 stories tall. There is no 4th, 13th, or 14th floor in the building.
− The Palazzo is the second tallest building in Nevada at 639 ½ feet.
− 64,000 tons of steel were used to create The Palazzo. That’s the equivalent of
128,000,000 pounds.
− The Palazzo is covered by 320,000 square feet of glass. That is a little over 7 1/3 acres of
glass.
− 1,846,000 cubic yards of dirt was removed before construction of The Palazzo could
start. That’s 92,000 dump truck loads!
− The lowest point in the parking basement is 72 feet below The Strip, making The
Palazzo 711 ½ feet from the lowest point to highest.
− The Palazzo contains 233,000 cubic yards of concrete. That equals 19,417 fully loaded
concrete trucks—enough concrete to build a six-foot wide sidewalk from The Venetian
